Please make sure that you are not attempting to install our textures/overlays as Photoshop Actions. Because they are not Photoshop Actions, you will receive error messages.

How will I receive my order?

Download links are instantly available after your purchase in the following two ways: 

1. You can download your files immedately after purchase on the "Thank You" page, or...

2. You can download your files via a download link emailed to you immedately after purchase.

If you are waiting for an email and haven’t received one, the email landed in your SPAM or Promotions folder. To prevent this, make sure that Bellevue Avenue is not marked for spam.

I can't download & extract my files

Here are a few helpful hints:

Know where files download by default on your computer. You will most likely find them in your “Downloads” folder. If you set up your own custom download folder, please locate your file there.Make sure to allow the file to download completely, or else you may receive a corrupted file.If your download doesn’t seem to end or you see a spinning wheel, your firewall may be preventing the file from downloading. Temporarily disable your firewall, then try downloading again.Often simply trying a different browser may solve the problem. Firefox, Safari and Chrome are good options.Don’t know how to extract a zip folder? Please read our INSTALLATION page.

How do I unzip my folder?

To make our products easy to download, we’ve packaged them in compressed ZIP files. In order to extract your .zip file, you can either use the built in extractor from your computer, or utilize a variety of extraction software products available.

How to decompress (unzip) a file on your computer:

MAC USERS: Simply double-click on the ZIP file. Voilà!

PC USERS: Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All”.

If you find that your computer does not come with a built-in file extractor, we suggest the following programs: WinZip or StuffIt

I lost my actions, presets or overlays

No worries! You can re-download your order at any time if you created a user account.

If you did not create a user account, please create a user account that we can add your previous orders to for lifetime access.

What if I upgrade from Photoshop Elements (PSE) to Photoshop (CS/CC)?

To give you the best customer experience possible, when you purchase Photoshop Actions from Bellevue Avenue, you receive files for both Photoshop Elements (PSE) and Photoshop (CS/CC) in your account.

You don’t have to worry about upgrades – the files will be waiting in your account for you!

I need a refund

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, due the the digital nature of our products and in keeping with industry standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please take time to read all product information, including version and compatibility information before purchasing.

Are there any restrictions on your products?

YES.

Bellevue Avenue is protected under U.S. Copyright law and owns all intellectual property rights to its products and content.

Bellevue Avenue grants you a one-person, non-exclusive, non-transferable license upon purchase.

Violating the following terms constitutes a breach of Copyright and Terms of Use:

You may not modify, copy, share, transfer, gift, sub-license, redistribute or resell in any form or to any person including family, friends, other photographers Bellevue Avenue products.You may not post a link to Bellevue Avenue products, portions of products or derivative works to any website, shared drives, forums, networked computer environment, torrent sites or any sharing venue for others to download or test for any purpose. Doing so is a felony and will be prosecuted. We monitor these sites on a constant basis.You may not modify products or use elements of our products to be incorporated into your own actions, presets or textures/overlays that you intend to share or sell.Licensing is restricted to the user for your personal use with respect to your photography clients or similar business use. Images/works edited for clients using Bellevue Avenue Products must be presented in a non-editable file format.You may not install Bellevue Avenue products or any modified/derivative works onto computers NOT directly owned by the purchaser of the product.

There are no refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Can I share my purchases?

No. Each purchase is licensed to one user only. Sharing directly violates the agreed upon Terms and Conditions and is strictly prohibited.

We have a ZERO tolerance for sharing and piracy. Bellevue Avenue will take whatever legal action is necessary to protect its Intellectual Property in the event of such infringement and asks that you carefully manage your use of the Products, and any other downloaded materials or services to ensure compliance with these Terms.
